Downtown Circle is celebrating 21 years!

You're invited to join them October 23rd from 4-8pm at the Tidewater Boat Club (46th & Colley Avenues, Norfolk).

Tickets include oysters, clams, barbecue, Brunswick stew, beer, wine, music & more!
