Who We Are
Founded on this principle in 1898, In As Much Circle has centered its focus on helping the children of Hampton Roads ever since. Welcomes all new members to join them. Members reside in the Elizabeth Park area of Norfolk, VA; Hickory & Greenbrier areas of Chesapeake.
