The staff will oversee all correspondence to ensure consistent, professional and accurate presentation of information; this includes letters and thank-you letters to volunteers, sponsors and vendors, information to other Circles, bulk mailings, etc. All correspondence should be generated by the Project Chairs or Circle Leaders. The KD staff MUST review correspondence before allowing use of the KD letterhead or name and logo.
